If you are not just looking for accommodation but for something special, then look no further.

In our lovingly furnished country-style rooms the motto is: arrive and feel comfortable. Its very quiet but central location is our house's great advantage.

All rooms are equipped with shower/bathtub, hairdryer, satellite TV, as well as a toilet and, in some cases, a separate sitting room. Large, spacious balconies offer our guests a magnificent view of the Ziller valley mountains. In winter, skis and ski boots can be stored in our ski room with boot dryer. The ski bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach the centre of Zell in just 5 minutes.

In addition, we offer you a very quiet lawn, a large terrace with open stove (barbecue evenings on request). Our comfortable arbour in our garden invites you to spend some time in it and relax. Your car is safe on our carpark in front of the house.

In Winter our sauna is available for your use on request.

In the mornings, an extensive breakfast with regional produce awaits you in our lovingly furnished breakfast room. End the day comfortably in front of the fire in the breakfast room.
